How does Trade Credit Insurance Work? - trade insurance

Our customers in the U.S. surprised if the company is offering in Hong Kong Credit Insurance (TCI). I do not know what they mean and how it works. Can someone tell me how? Is this the same as the letter of credit (LC)? What should we do for them?
