It's easy! Your recipe calls for cream 7 oz Marshmellow - marshmellows get 7 ounces () of wieght and is slowly heated - which liquefies - stirring often - have a good day! - John

I would say it should go. You should try before you melt some marshmallows.

This is a recipe that I for years. Must (For years I! Admit)
Fudge:
A series of 8x8 or 9x9 pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
1 1 / 2 cup sugar
2 / 3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons cream of TB
Salt 1 / 4 teaspoon tea
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 1 / 2 cup of chocolate (chips, I prefer semi-sweet)
1 / 2 cup chopped walnuts, if desired
Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a sauce heavy saucepan. Bring to the boil then let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add marshmallows and chocolate chips. Everything until smooth.

Here's one that seems simple enough, I have not tested, but other recipes in this book have grown.
Hard Boiled Dark Chocolate Fudge
3 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 () does not evaporate.
Pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
Line 8 or 9-inch square pan with foil. Butter Paper
Melt in a heavy saucepan over low heat chocolate and condensed milk and salt.
Remove from heat and add nuts and vanilla. Evenly distributed over the pa.
Refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge the cutting board, remove paper and cut into squares. Cover and refrigerate.
